All applications for the evaluation of the research work of non-tenure teaching and research staff at public universities in Catalonia within the framework of salary increments for merits in research have now been processed by AQU Catalunya. Evaluation covered periods of research completed prior to 31 December 2007. 445 applications were received, of which 66% were given a positive assessment:

Official notification of the results has been made, by way of an Edict, dated 4 July 2008, concerning notification and the conclusions of the evaluation of the research work of non-tenure teaching and research staff at public universities in Catalonia. People applying to this assessment call have thereby been informed that the processing of all applications by the research accreditation panels has been completed. Notification by way of this edict is also aimed at people to whom individual notification has been attempted unsuccessfully.
