ENQA compliments AQU Catalunya on the ''progress'' made in following up its recommendations

ENQA (European Association of Quality Assurance in Higher Education) has expressed its satisfaction with the follow-up of its recommendations made by AQU Catalunya. The Catalan agency has produced a follow-up report which details the measures it has carried out on the basis of the suggestions made by ENQA, following the external review of the Agency in its process of being confirmed as a full member of the Association (2008).

According to ENQA, the Agency continues to be improved in many aspects, all of which are set out in the report referred by AQU to the European QA agencies association. As a result, the ENQA Board has expressed its’ "satisfaction with the improvements achieved".

Amongst other things, the report focuses on the advances made in the way in which the Strategic Plan for 2009-2012 is set out, including the medium and long-term approaches to the objectives to be achieved by the Agency in this period.
