Research Assessment Commission has set the criteria for the assessment of merits in research of civil servant and non-civil servant academic and research staff at public universities.

• Non-civil servant academic and research staff: From 7 to 28 January 2011, both included.
• Civil servant academic and research staff: From 27 June to 22 July 2011, both included.
