AQU Catalunya is to receive the site visit by the external review panel appointed by ENQA (European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education) on 6, 7 and 8 February, the aim of which is to analyse the Agency's compliance with the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG) adopted by the Ministers responsible for higher education.
Successful completion of this review process will allow AQU to renew its membership with ENQA for a period of five years and to maintain its inclusion on EQAR (European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education).
The external panel appointed by ENQA consists of:

- Pieter-Jan Van de Velde, independent QA consultant, Belgium - secretary
- Karena Maguire, Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI), Ireland
- Adrian Tudor Stan, University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Victor Babes", Timisoara, Romania – student
- Agne Grajauskiene, Reviews Manager at ENQA
