A round table-workshop on Challenges in university education in the field of communication was held at the Ramon Llull University's Blanquerna Faculty of Communication and International Relations on 30 January.

The main objective of the round table-workshop, which forms part of the cycle of events in the Employers project, was to present the results and findings of the survey of employers in the field of communication, in which they were asked about the education, training and skills of recent graduates in Journalism, Audio-visual Communication, Advertising and Public Relations that they have employed.

The workshop also served as a forum for academia and professionals to discuss possible proposals to improve and enhance degree programmes in these subjects.

AQU Catalunya now presents the series of conclusions made by the panellists and those participating in the workshop, together with the proposals for improvement made during the event.
