AQU Catalunya Governing Council meets to approve the activities for 2022
The Agency's Governing Council met this week in the exercise of its functions and welcomed the new members: the rector of the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC), Daniel Crespo, the rector of Pompeu Fabra University (UPF), Oriol Amat, and academic Flocel Sabaté.
The meeting between the members of the Governing Council of AQU Catalunya, which began on 8 July, drew to a close on Wednesday 14 July. At the meeting, the president and director of AQU Catalunya reported on the Agency's actions since the last meeting. Advantage was also taken of the meeting to approve, among other matters, the draft of the Action Plan and Budget for 2022; the planning of external visits to centres offering official university degree programmes for 2022; and the modification of the calendar for submitting applications in the framework of validation, monitoring, modification and accreditation processes for degree programmes.
The director of AQU Catalunya took the opportunity to say goodbye to the members of the Governing Council after two terms at the head of AQU Catalunya. In turn, the members of the Governing Council thanked the director for his commitment and dedication during this time and congratulated him on the work undertaken.
