AQU Catalunya has implemented the Eduroam service to improve the Agency's connectivity and activities.

Eduroam (short for education roaming) is a worldwide secure mobility service for members of the educational community and researchers that provides wifi connectivity from any affiliated education or research institution. Users at any participating institution can gain access to Internet from wireless networks at any other institution in the eduroam project with the same access credentials as the source institution.

This means that collaborating experts from universities and other member institutions of eduroam, when visiting AQU Catalunya, can now access the Internet through this network.

AQU Catalunya participates in the eduroam project by providing access to users at the Agency and users from other participating institutions, through coordination by the CSUC (University Services Consortium of Catalonia) and connectivity by way of the Anella Científica.
