Two events within the framework of the TeSLA project, the TeSLA Experts’ Workshop and the TeSLA International Show, were held in Oporto on 24 and 25 October 2018. Both events brought together members of the project's consortium, external experts and guests invited from abroad to present results and findings from the project, share ideas and discuss the future of e-learning and e-assessment.

The TeSLA Experts’ Workshop, held on 24 October 2018, dealt exclusively with the different aspects of quality assurance developed under the TeSLA project. Various external experts from abroad who participated in the evaluation of the three rounds of pilot testing undertaken throughout the project attended the workshop, which was organised by ENQA and EQANIE in cooperation with AQU Catalunya. In the first part of the workshop, AQU Catalunya presented the findings of the evaluation of the last pilot testing. A demonstration was also made of the TeSLA system in which the functionality of the tools could be seen in use within the context of e-assessment. In the second part of the workshop, three working groups were set up to analyse and discuss the QA methodology used to review and evaluate the rounds of pilot testing. Different enhancement proposals made during the session will be analysed in the last stage of the project, which involves the definition of a European framework for the quality assurance of e-assessment.

On the following day, 25 October 2018, the TeSLA International Show took place under the slogan of “In Learning we trust”. One of the objectives of the event was the international dissemination of the TeSLA project and the work carried out over the last three years, with special emphasis on the goals achieved and the evidence of the various achievements. Several external entities also attended the event to discuss the outcomes of the project and the positioning in the market of an e-assessment system. AQU Catalunya again presented the results obtained from the point of view of the quality assurance of e-assessment.
