AQU Catalunya has published the second edition of the guidelines, definition and documentation for internal quality assurance systems for university education, within the framework of the AUDIT programme. The aim of this national programme is to orientate the design of internal quality assurance systems for programmes in higher education institutions.

The aim of the document presented here, which sees no modification made to the guideline requirements given in the previous version, is to guide measures by HE institutions to set up and run these systems and to provide, at both the faculty level and for the universities as a whole, guidelines for their development.
