The report from the external audit, carried out by Applus on 14 and 15 April, contained no non-conformities, and a very positive assessment was made of work carried out over the last year. The strongests points detected in the audit were the Experimental Monitoring Programme for recognised Bachelor and Master's degrees and the assessment of merits in research of civil servant and non-civil servant academic and research staff at catalan universities.

ISO 9001:2008, which is internationally recognised, contains guidelines that enable users to design and implement a made-to-measure quality management system for the quality assurance of a product or service, and to increase user or client satisfaction.
