A workshop on "Employers' opinions regarding university graduates: results, findings and challenges" will take place on 13 May 2015, in which there will be a report on the views of employers concerning the skills and training of recent graduates from universities in Catalonia, following on from the survey carried out by AQU Catalunya within the framework of the Employers study, funded by Obra Social/la Caixa.

The aim of the workshop is to provide universities with information, data and figures from the study so they can develop enhancement policies that focus on academic provision and improvements to study programmes, and thereby bring higher education and the labour market closer together.

The results of the first survey carried out by AQU Catalunya on the employment outcomes of Master's graduates will also be presented during the workshop.

The workshop, which is being held at the Àgora Room, CosmoCaixa, from 9 a.m. onwards, is aimed mainly at university officials, social partners, the businesses and companies that participated in the survey, academics, students and others interested in the subject.
