On 26 and 27 July 2018, experts from the Head Panel who participate in the TeSLA project met up again with the members of AQU Catalunya, ENQA and EQANIE who form Work Package 4 (Quality assurance in online higher education) to continue with the work of evaluating the project.

The meeting, which was held at AQU Catalunya in Barcelona, served to validate and approve the assessment reports drawn up by the seven regular panels of experts on the basis of the evidence and site visits to the seven universities involved in the first stage of the project's third round of pilot testing. Following the analysis of these reports the Head Panel produced a meta-evaluation report that will contribute to the work of quality assurance and the defining of a working framework for online assessment.
