Within the framework of the TEMPUS PACAgro project to set up a Russian QA agency that will deal with higher education programmes in Agricultural Engineering, AQU Catalunya received a group of experts representing various different universities in Moscow, Saint Petersburg and Kazan.

These academics form part of the initial core group in charge of designing the new agency, and their visit covered different aspects of the working methods used at AQU Catalunya, in particular funding, economic management, the review model and the indicator system.
