The Government of Catalunya has approved the new AQU Catalunya Bylaws which develop the Law 15/2015, of 21st July on AQU Catalunya in a total of 39 articles.

The principal novelties of the Bylaws are as follows:

• They adapt the functions of AQU Catalunya’s governing bodies to the demands of the Law 15/2015, of 21st July and to the rules in force.
• They create the Institutional and Programme Review Commission (CAIP).
• They deploy the composition of the Advisory Commission.
• They deploy the programme contract between AQU Catalunya and the Government of Catalonia.
• They update the system for challenging the acts of the collegiate bodies, administrative silence, and the organic structure.
