The alliances have highlighted the opportunity of giving internationalisation another look, and of incorporating more explicitly into the quality assurance of all university activity.
The main objective of the project was to establish a feedback loop between the labor market and Higher Education Institutions. This loop aimed to design educational programs based on information from the productive sector, thereby assisting graduates in acquiring the competences and skills demanded by employers.
The Complex Trajectories project tracks the student who changes programmes within the same branch of study or between different branches, who changes university, who alternates studies, who takes a break, who moves from classroom study to distance learning, to encourage universities to help them complete their degrees successfully.
The funding of professional services to help students obtain more satisfactory results in the job market offers an intuitive and attractive low-cost perspective that can easily be extended in the short and medium term.
