First meeting of the Institutional and Programme Review Commission31.03.2016
The first meeting of the Institutional and Programme Review Commission (CAIP) since its inception was held at the headquarters of AQU Catalunya on 18 March. Taking over from the former Quality Assurance Commission, the main role of the CAIP is the quality assurance of teaching, research, knowledge transfer and management in the university system.

The Government of Catalonia's Minister for Education, Meritxell Ruiz, and the President of the Catalan University Quality Assurance Agency/AQU Catalunya, Josep Joan Moreso, are to present the AUDIT certificates to faculties and schools running degrees in the Performing Arts and Visual Arts at a ceremony to be held in the Sala d'Actes de Cotxeres, Palau Robert, next Wednesday 30 March, at midday (12 o'clock).
Meeting of an ECA Working Group at AQU Catalunya16.03.2016
A meeting of ECA Working Group 1 on mutual recognition between agencies and the quality assurance of joint programmes was held in Barcelona on 14 March, the purpose being to make progress with the implementation of the European framework for the quality assurance of joint programmes.

Meeting of the IMPALA project at AQU Catalunya27.01.2016
The member organisations of the IMPALA project (aimed at the impact analysis of external quality assurance processes in higher education) held a meeting in Barcelona to analyse the results obtained in Germany, Catalonia, Finland and Romania. AQU Catalunya has participated in the project as a partner since 2013.
AQU Catalunya releases the report on the results and findings of the Master's graduate survey 21.01.2016
The report titled The Employment Outcomes of Master's Degree Holders from Universities in Catalonia sets out the results and findings of the survey carried out in 2014 by AQU Catalunya, together with the universities in Catalonia, of holders of Master's degrees who graduated in 2010 and 2011. A total of 7,647 graduates were interviewed, or 47% of the reference population.

AQU Catalunya participates in TeSLA (Adaptive Trust-based e-assessment System for Learning) to define and deveop an e-assessment system to authenticate students and identify the authorship for learning activities on both, partially or wholly online learning environments.
