ShareAQU Catalunya passes two certification audits without zero "non-conformities"
DNV Business Assurance awarded the Agency ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards, with positive results in both cases.
AQU Catalunya passed with flying colours the two audits it underwent between 1 and 3 July, when the Agency was audited to ensure compliance with the 9001 and 27001 standards by the company DNV Business Assurance The certification of the first standard indicates that an organisation is applying high standards in its internal quality management systems. Passing the second audit certifies that the organisation manages information security in an optimal way.
In both the first and second cases, AQU Catalunya obtained very positive results, as the auditors did not report any ‘non-conformities’ in their evaluation. This is particularly significant in the case of 27001 standard, given that in this case the Agency was being evaluated in accordance with the new benchmark ISO 27001: 2022, which includes new controls on threat intelligence, information security when using cloud services, secure encryption, and more. The two certificates obtained by the Agency in these two standards are valid for 3 years and are reviewed annually.
