AQU Catalunya Governing Board approves close of 2022 financial year
The Governing Board has reviewed and approved the Activities and Corporate Social Responsibility Report as well as the annual accounts for the close of the 2022 financial year. The meeting also approved the Strategic Plan 2023-2026 and the appointment of members for the different AQU Catalunya assessment commissions.

The AQU Catalunya Governing Board, the Catalan University Quality Assurance Agency's highest governing body, held its first annual meeting to close the 2022 financial year.
During the meeting, the presidents of the respective commissions presented the activities carried out by the Institutional and Programme Review Commission, the Research Assessment Commission and the Appeals Commission during the past year. Likewise, the Activities and Corporate Social Responsibility Report and the annual accounts and inventory for 2022 for close of the financial year were submitted and approved. The 2022 financial year audit as well as the 2021 legal compliance audit were submitted along with the year-end documents. The AQU Catalunya Strategic Plan for 2023-2026 was also presented and approved at the meeting.
Finally, the Governing Board approved the appointment of Dr Maria Pau Ginebra Molins, as president of the AQU Catalunya Research Assessment Commssion; Dr Neus Vidal Martínez, as president of the AQU Catalunya Appeals Commission, and Dr María Concepción López-Fernández and Mr Marc Girona Badia as members of the Institutional and Programme Review Commission.
