AQU Catalunya at Vives Network of Universities General Council meeting in Palma
The results of the 3rd edition of the Via Universitària study, of which AQU Catalunya is technical manager, have been presented.

Friday, 18 February marked the start of the dissemination phase of the results of the 3rd Via Universitària study, within the framework of the Vives Network of Universities General Council. Formed by the 22 rectors of the Catalan-speaking universities in the Vives Network, this year's General Council took place in Palma (Balearic Islands).
The Via Universitària study is the initiative promoted by the Vives Network itself and represents the only far-reaching study in the region on the profile of university students, the conditions of study and student satisfaction with the university and the teaching. The 49,291 responses (13.8% of the target population) collected allow us to assess the efficiency of access, funding, academic guidance, and teaching-learning policies to ensure that students can access higher education, take advantage of their educational experience, complete their studies and have good employment outcomes. This is crucial information for university rectors' teams and should be used to diagnose and further improve the system.
This is the second time that AQU Catalunya has undertaken the technical management of the study, and this edition also provides a very valuable snapshot of the university system in the midst of a health pandemic. The fieldwork took place during the winter of 2021 and the data will be made available to society at the end of May 2022.
