ShareAQU Catalunya awarded Special Mention as an Innovative Business in Organisation and Use of Time in 9th edition of the Barcelona Award
The Agency received the Special Mention as a member of the NUST (New Social Uses of Time) Network.
The aim of this recognition, given by Barcelona City Council, is to acknowledge, promote and disseminate the work of those companies and organisations that are committed to new ways of using time in terms of flexible and remote working hours, care and co-responsibility, the rationalisation of schedules and all those proposals that allow a greater balance between life and work.
All of us at AQU Catalunya are grateful for this recognition by the Council, which must serve to further us along this path to constantly search for professional and personal balance in employees' lives.
The Barcelona Award as an Innovative Business in Organization and Use of Time is given as a way of raising the prestige and visibility of the work done by companies and organisations that present innovative policies for staff management using new workday organisation measures, in turn raising society's awareness of these practices.
