ShareAQU Catalunya presents the prize to the winner of the Satisfaction survey draw

The prize raffled by AQU Catalunya among those who responded to this year’s Satisfaction survey now has a winner. The successful participant is university student Marta García Andilla, who won the draw carried out by the Agency among all respondents, namely students who have recently completed bachelor’s and master’s degree programmes. In total, more than 8,700 people were entered into the draw, corresponding to the number of students who responded to the AQU Catalunya survey, which involved fieldwork reaching more than 33,000 distributed questionnaires. García won a latest-generation iPhone, which she collected last week at AQU Catalunya’s headquarters from the Agency’s director, Mercè Gisbert. Since 2021, the Agency has offered an incentive draw to encourage participation in the survey, which has contributed to increasing the overall representativeness of the results obtained. García holds a degree in Tourism from the University of Girona.
Since 2015 for bachelor’s degrees —and since 2017 for master’s degrees— Catalan universities, in coordination with AQU Catalunya, have conducted a survey to measure the satisfaction of recent graduates with the studies they have completed. In 2019, higher-level graduates and master’s degrees in higher artistic education were incorporated into the survey for the first time. The survey provides AQU Catalunya with common indicators to improve programmes in areas such as satisfaction with teaching and learning, services and facilities, and the personal impact on students, among others. In other words, the results of the Satisfaction survey enable the various stakeholders in the Catalan university system to make informed decisions aimed at improving the different programmes on offer.
