EUC Studies, all the information on degree programme quality
The EUC portal is a unique channel that tells you everything you need to know about the official courses taught at Catalan universities and higher arts education centres.

AQU Catalunya provides a free search engine that allows you to access information on the quality of official university bachelor's, master's and doctoral degree programmes, known as the Estudis Universitaris de Catalunya, or EUC, portal.
How does the EUC, sometimes referred to as EUC Studies, work?
Enter the name of the degree programme you are interested and you'll find…
- Basic information about the programme: where it's taught, the number and type of ECTS credits taken, whether it is an on-site, online or blended course, and the study period. This is all under the heading of basic information about the degree.
- Programme quality is indicated by a seal: Young degrees (mostly those with study programmes created less than six years ago) have a Validation seal. Conversely, older degrees have an Accreditation seal that will indicate whether they are "accredited" or "excellent", and this will be displayed alongside the assessment results of six specific aspects of the degree programme. You will be able to check the suitability of aspects such as the degree's study programme, the information that the university makes available to you, how the school guarantees the continuous improvement of the degree programme, the quality of the teaching staff and the services offered during your studies, as well as the assessment of the final results of graduates.
- Employment outcome data for graduates, such as their gross monthly earnings, the functions they perform at work, the types of contract that predominate, average time to find first job, etc.
- Graduates' overall satisfaction with the programme based on their satisfaction with student support services, outcomes, teaching staff and the teaching-learning process. You can also see what percentage of graduates would choose the programme again.
- Admission and enrolment data for the degree programme: cut-off mark in recent academic years, the number of people requesting it as their first choice, percentage of men and women enrolled, and admission option.
- Academic outcomes, such as the dropout or change-of-programme rates for the first year, and teaching staff results, such as the credits taught by doctoral teaching staff.
All this is what make the EUC portal a one-of-a-kind channel for information about the quality of the official degree programmes taught at universities and higher arts education centres. Why not check it out!
