ShareGender and employment outcomes survey database now available for academic and research community
AQU Catalunya is making the data from the 2020 gender and employment survey available to the academic community.
AQU Catalunya is making the database of the study Women’s Employment Outcomes Twenty Years After Finishing University, which assesses the differences in employment of women and men 20 years after graduation, available to the academic and research community.
The database contains indicators such as labour market participation, suitability of employment in relation to the courses taken, temporary employment, work-life balance, the wage gap and assumption of positions of responsibility.
By making this database available, AQU aims to promote research into employment quality from a gender perspective.
Members of the academic and research communities of the universities participating in the study can request the anonymised microdata from the 2020 edition using the following procedure:
- Download the data transfer document, fill it in, sign it electronically and attach it to the application form.
- Fill in and send the database access request form.
