Positive report on the accreditation of the University Master’s Degree in Humanities and Social Studies at Universitat Abat Oliba CEU
AQU Catalunya has issued a positive report on the accreditation of the University Master’s Degree in Humanities and Social Studies, delivered by the Faculty of Communication, Education and Humanities of Universitat Abat Oliba CEU.
One of AQU Catalunya’s functions is to issue accreditation reports for university degree programmes in order to verify, through an external review visit, that programmes are being delivered appropriately. This is a process that all official university degree programmes taught at institutions without institutional accreditation must undergo within six years of their initial verification or last accreditation in order to remain part of the official higher education offering.
The Specific Commission for Social Sciences 2 of the Institutional and Programme Review Commission (CAIP) of AQU Catalunya has issued a positive accreditation report for the University Master’s Degree in Humanities and Social Studies, delivered by the Faculty of Communication, Education and Humanities of Universitat Abat Oliba CEU. The master’s degree programme has received a positive report following an external review visit to the institution where it is taught, which has confirmed the proper functioning of the programme.
The accreditation reports issued by AQU Catalunya for the following degree programme can be found on the EUC Informes portal:
AQU Catalunya submits accreditation reports to the Consejo de Universidades, which is the body responsible for the final decision in the accreditation process. AQU Catalunya publishes the accreditation outcomes and issues the accreditation seal and certificate for the corresponding degree programme, which are available on EUC Estudis, the web portal providing comprehensive information on the quality of official university degree programmes in Catalonia.
