Reports arising from degree programme assessment may be cross-sectional or comparative at the state level. In the first group, an analysis is made of the state of the same type of degree in different centres in the Catalan higher education system. This type of analysis has recently been improved by adding the data that AQU Catalunya obtains from other studies. In the second group, since 2020, eight Spanish university system quality assurance agencies have been working together to analyse programme areas from a state perspective.
