ShareVisit AQU Catalunya
AQU Catalunya welcomes visits from agencies, universities, and other organizations both within Spain and internationally. These meetings, aimed at sharing good practices, allow the Agency and its visitors to learn from each other and strengthen cooperation in the field of university quality assurance.
Starting in 2026, AQU Catalunya offers two annual periods to explore in person how we work.
Visit Schedule
The periods for applying and scheduling visits are as follows:
Presentations in English
- Registration deadline: March 13, 2026
- Visit date: Week of April 13, 2026
Presentations in Spanish
- Registration deadline: July 20, 2026
- Visit date: Week of September 28, 2026
The number of organizations and participants per visit is limited.
Content
During the visits, participants will learn about various aspects of the Agency’s work, including:
- How the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG) are applied.
- How programs are evaluated using the European Approach methodology.
- How Medical degrees are accredited following the Basic Medical Education Standards for Quality Improvement.
- The approach to institutional accreditation of centers.
- How graduate surveys are designed.
- How our quality management and information security system is structured.
Visit Format
Visits to AQU Catalunya are expected to last three days and are structured as follows:
- The first day includes two sessions: one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
- The second and third days include only morning sessions.
