An appeal resulting from disagreement with the result of the resolution can be submitted to the Appeals Comm ittee up to one month from the date of receipt of the notification.
Once the application to be processed has been sent and you have received acknowledgement of receipt of the processing of the appeal, you can attach the documentation through the "Private area" in the Procedures section of the gencat.cat website in a single file in PDF format. All the documentation you wish to attach must be combined into a single PDF document. If you wish to make any changes to the attached documentation, you can do so via email firstname.lastname@example.org. The deadline for attaching additional documentation to the appeal is 7 calendar days from the day after the appeal is submitted to the Procedures section of gencat.cat.

The period for the appeal to be resolved is three months from the time of submission.
