Fees

The corresponding payment for fees charges must be made within five days.

Instructions for payment are given on the Generalitat de Catalunya's on-line applications webpage. Payment is possible with credit card. Payment by bank transfer is not possible.

The rates are given below:

Preliminary report on foreign educational centres	€3,000 for the review of the application and the analysis of the initial documentation, with the aim of determining whether the educational centre meets the minimum requirements necessary to begin the assessment process.
	€6,000 for the external review and the issuance of the report, including up to a maximum of three programmes.
	An additional €1,000 for each programme submitted by the educational centre above the limit of three programmes.

* The abovementioned charges are regulated according to article 27.1 Executive Order 3/2008, 25 June, which endorsed the amended wording of the Fees and Regulated Public-Sector Charges Act (Generalitat de Catalunya).

There is no fee for the following procedures:

Recognition of CNEAI / AQU Catalunya positive previous evaluations.
Teaching activity certifications.
Informe de professorat contractat no permanent Pla Serra Húnter.

Regulated public-sector charges

Research staff Ramón y Cajal and Beatriz Galindo of the public universities of Catalonia who need an invoice for the payment of the regulated public-sector charges, you must send an email to gestioeconomica@aqu.cat, with your name, surname and NIF.

** The abovementioned regulated public-sector charges are regulated by Order ECO/9/2015, 12 January, regarding the authorisation of regulated public-sector charges for activities and services provided by the Catalan University Quality Assurance Agency (AQU Catalunya), and include the applicable VAT.
