On 7 February, the fieldwork for the 2022 satisfaction survey, coordinated by AQU Catalunya, came to a close. The survey represents the collective voice of bachelor's, master's and higher arts students in relation to the teaching-learning process, services and facilities, as well as the support mechanisms offered by academic institutions. Therefore, it is a very valuable source of information that allows us to identify strengths and areas for improvement in regard to the education received.
The aim is for universities to use the knowledge and analysis of the indicators to define actions to improve bachelor's degree programmes, which will have a direct impact on current and future students.
In this phase of the study, AQU Catalunya coordinated the surveys of the Technical University of Catalonia, the University of Girona, the University of Lleida, Rovira i Virgili University, Pompeu Fabra University, Ramon Llull University, the University of Vic-Central University of Catalonia and the Autonomous University of Barcelona. In addition, eleven higher arts education centres were also surveyed. In total, 30,644 people were contacted, with a response rate of 29.9% in the case of bachelor degrees and 30.3% in the case of master degrees.
As in the previous edition, people who participated in this phase of the study had the option of being entered in a draw for an iPhone 13 (see rules of the draw), to be held on 17 February 2023.
