Universities may lodge appeals against final decisions before the chair of the Council of Universities within 10 working days of the date of notification. If the appeal is admitted for consideration by the Council of Universities, the Council may refer it to AQU Catalunya’s Appeals Commission, which must issue a review report that will subsequently be sent back to the Council of Universities.
A decision will be made regarding the appeal within three months of the date it is submitted.
