AQU Catalunya's customer service is now closed and the Agency's register has been redirected
Due to the exceptional circumstances resulting from the COVID-19 outbreak and in accordance with the protocols and measures set in place by the Catalan Public Health Agency (ASPCAT) to prevent the propagation of the virus, AQU Catalunya will no longer be open to the public until further notice.
The Agency's normal contact mechanisms continue to remain open. Telephone enquiries (93-268-8950) can be made in our normal working hours (Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.), and for e.mail use the following business e.mail addresses:
- The online Help Desk, also continues to be operative for requesting information and submitting suggestions, opinions and complaints. Also refer to the following links with frequently asked questions (FAQs) on different aspects of calls for applications: tenure-eligible lecturers, accreditation of research, accreditation of advanced research and merits in reserch.
- professorat@aqu.cat, for enquiries concerning calls for applications, deadlines, assessment criteria and procedures relating to teaching staff.
- infor@aqu.cat, for all other enquiries.
The AQU Catalunya register has also been redirected and centralised with the central register of the Government of Catalonia's Department of Business and Knowledge, the address of which is Passeig de Gràcia, 105, Barcelona.
