In-person customer service at AQU Catalunya and the records office is suspended during the entire month of August
In view of the health crisis caused by COVID-19, the records office (registry) at AQU Catalunya will remain closed to the public and in-person customer service temporarily suspended until the situation permits.
To contact AQU Catalunya online during this period, please use one of the following mailboxes:
- The online Help Desk for information and submitting suggestions, opinions and complaints.
- The teaching staff mailbox at professorat@aqu.cat, for enquiries regarding calls for applications, time limits and deadlines, and criteria and procedures relating to teaching staff assessment and accreditation. Frequently asked questions (FAQs) on the various different calls for applications from teaching staff are available at the following links: tenure-eligible lecturers, research accreditation and advanced research accreditation and merits in research.
- The Agency's general information mailbox infor@aqu.cat for all other enquiries.
As August is a holiday period, the response time may be longer than usual.
Registration procedures can be made during this time through the Government of Catalonia's Citizens Help and Information Offices (OACs).
