All official university degrees taught at the Faculty of Communication Studies and School of Engineering have been automatically accredited for a period of six years, as established in the new Royal Decree 640/2021.
The Faculty of Communication Studies and School of Engineering have been institutionally accredited with a Favourable Accreditation Report from AQU Catalunya.
Currently, Catalan universities and AQU Catalunya are working to promote institutional accreditation in the period 2022-2024 in order to replace the degree-by-degree accreditation process for training programmes. In this way, university autonomy is strengthened, the assessment load is reduced and efficiency is increased for the entire Catalan university system.
