Universities may lodge appeals against the outcome of final reports on non-substantial modifications before AQU Catalunya’s Appeals Commission within one month of the day following notification. The Appeals Commission must rule on the appeal within three months of the date it is submitted.
For non-substantial modifications, we recommend referring to the Procedure for Ruling on Appeals and Reviewing the Decisions of the Assessment, Certification and Accreditation Commissions before filing an appeal. Appeals must be submitted using the corresponding form, via the Generic Procedure for Universities at AQU Catalunya on the Extranet of the Catalan Public Administrations (EACAT).
