Completion of the fieldwork on gender differences in employment outcomes twenty years after graduation
The 2020 Survey study of graduate employment outcomes in Catalonia includes a survey carried out from a gender perspective on the differences in the quality of employment outcomes between male and female graduates twenty years after graduation.
The survey population for this study was the 2001 cohort of graduates from public universities in Catalonia. A total number of 2.852 people responded to the survey, of which approximately 60% were female and 40% male.
