ShareResults of 1st call of 2022 for research and advanced research accreditations
In the first call of 2022, 471 research and advanced research applications were submitted, more than 64.8% of which were favourable.

The AQU Catalunya Research Assessment Commission specific commissions have resolved all applications for the issue of research accreditations and advanced research accreditations from the first call of 2022. All resolved applications have been notified digitally to the interested parties.
A total of 315 applications were submitted to obtain research accreditation and 156 for advanced research accreditation, which represents a decrease of 4.5% and 9.8% respectively in relation to the 1st call of 2021. With regard to research accreditations, the overall percentage of favourable decisions has decreased by 2 percentage points compared to the 1st call of 2021: in the 1st call of 2021, 68.2% of applications were favourable, while in this year’s call, 66.3% were favourable. In the case of advanced research, the number of favourable decisions has also decreased, in this case by almost 4 percentage points: the number of favourable decisions has gone from 65.3% to 61.7%.
