Research Assessment Commission approves the next calls for teaching staff assessment
The Commission has approved the calls for applications for research accreditation and advanced research accreditation for 2022 and 2023.
At its meeting on 12 July, the AQU Catalunya Research Assessment Commission approved the 2022 and 2023 calls for research accreditation and advanced research accreditation.
The meeting also dealt with the need to incorporate more holistic perspectives into the research assessment processes, in line with the main international developments in this subject, as proposed by the reform of the assessment model backed by the European Commission or the example of the Netherlands' Triple Helix. Also discussed were AQU Catalunya's contribution to the plan to strengthen Catalan promoted by the Ministry of Research and Universities Directorate General for Transfer and Knowledge and the preliminary draft of the Organic Law on the University System.
During the meeting, two reports prepared by AQU Catalunya were presented and will be published soon: Perspectiva de gènere de les acreditacions de professorat and Perfil en l’acreditació de recerca.
Finally, a modification of the teaching staff assessment criteria of the Specific Commission for Medical and Health Sciences was approved.
