Gender perspective in teaching staff accreditation (2022)
AQU Catalunya has prepared an analysis from the gender perspective of all its research assessments carried out up to 2021. Building on the study on research period assessment carried out in 2019, which ruled out gender discrimination in this activity, the new study has broadened its focus by addressing other assessments and incorporating a necessary contextual view. After more than twenty years and 25,000 teaching staff accreditations, the time is ripe to analyse how these processes have worked.
