Publication of dates for first semester 2023 teaching staff assessment processes

At its meeting on 22 December 2022, the AQU Catalunya Research Assessment Commission (CAR) approved the procedure and deadlines for issuing the preliminary reports on tenure-eligible lecturers; for civil servant and non-civil servant teaching and research staff (PDI) research activity assessment; and for assessing the individual teaching and management merits of civil servant and non-civil servant PDI accrued until 31 December 2022.
As a result, requests for preliminary reports for tenure-eligible lecturers in the first semester of 2023 must be submitted from 6 to 31 March 2023, inclusive.
Requests for civil servant and non-civil servant PDI research activity assessment for periods ending no later than 31 December 2022 must be submitted in the following periods:
- For non-civil servant teaching and research staff, from 16 January to 3 February 2023, inclusive.
- For civil servant teaching and research staff, from 26 June to 14 July 2023, inclusive.
Finally, in the case of the certification of assessment of individual teaching and management merits of civil servant and non-civil servant PDI at Catalan public universities, accrued until 31 December 2022, for the allocation of additional remuneration, the universities can send the reports to AQU Catalunya up to and no later than 14 July 2023.
