Studies on the transition of graduates from higher education to employment from the point of view of employers
These publications are the result of research by the four groups awarded grants by the Agency to carry out a more in-depth analysis of the findings of the employers project.
These research studies analysed, on the one hand, the findings of the generic survey of industry and enterprises in the private sector and, on the other, the findings of the survey of primary and secondary school institutions.
Generic survey of industry and enterprises in the private sector
- Graduate employability from the perspective of employers in private enterprise and industry, coordinated by Joan Guardia, University of Barcelona (UB)
- Attracting and retaining university talent in Catalan private enterprise. The effect of talent on access to high quality employment, coordinated by Elisabet Motellón, Open University of Catalonia (UOC)
Primary and secondary education institutions
- The preparedness of teachers and the requirements of present-day schools, coordinated by Mireia Civís, Ramon Llull University
- Recently qualified teaching staff: teaching skills at the start of professional practice, coordinated by Montserrat Freixa, University of Barcelona (UB)
These publications were funded by a grant scheme for studies on the transition to employment of graduates and the perceptions of employers, based on the findings of the 2014 survey.
